Cool Car has spent several months developing their franchisee training programme and Operations Manual. It has been designed to give a franchisee the required skills and knowledge to operate their own Cool Car Franchise.

Initial Training

The initial training takes place over 5 full days and includes:

1. Cool Car overview and the market place
   
2. Setting up and running your own Cool Car business
   
3. Technical training to confidently run your own car air con business
   
4. Sales and marketing
   
5. Administration and reporting
   
6. Safe Handling of Refrigerants (City and Guilds Qualification)
   

This training gives you sufficient knowledge to confidently begin trading as Cool Car
within your exclusive territory.

Ongoing Bespoke Training and Support

Once you have had your initial training from Cool Car it doesn't stop there. Ongoing bespoke training is available to you if you want more advanced training or just some refresher training to go over anything again.

Cool Car also provides comprehensive telephone and e-mail support. This ensures you are never left on your own and support is available whenever you need it.
