Cool Car have spent several months developing their Franchisee Training Programme and Operations Manual.
It has been designed to take somebody with no previous automotive or air conditioning background and give them the required skills and knowledge to operate their own Cool Car Franchise.
Initial Training
The initial training takes place over five full days at Cool Car. The training covers the following areas:
- Car Air Conditioning Overview and The Market Place
- Setting Up Your Cool Car Business
- Running Your Cool Car Business
- Sales and Marketing for your Cool Car Business
- Administration for your Cool Car Business
- Reporting for your Cool Car Business
- On the job training for your Cool Car Business
- Safe Handling of Refrigerants (City and Guilds Qualification)
This training gives you sufficient knowledge to confidently begin trading as Cool Car within your exclusive territory.
Ongoing Bespoke Training
Once you have had your initial training from Cool Car it doesn’t stop there. Ongoing bespoke training is available to you at any time if you want more advanced training or just some refresher training to go over anything again.

Ongoing Support
As mentioned above ongoing training is available at any time. Cool Car also provides comprehensive telephone and e-mail support too. This ensures you are never left on your own and support is available whenever you need it.
